Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Eligibility requires the item to be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect).
2. How to Initiate a Refund
Contact our Customer Support team via email at sales@tataelectronic.com or through our Help Center. Be sure to include your order number, item details, and the reason for refund (e.g., change of mind, wrong product, defect). Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
3. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error—such as a defective or wrong item—we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label or cover the return shipping costs, wherever applicable. For other reasons (e.g., change of mind), return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
4. Processing Your Refund
After we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same method you originally used for payment (e.g., credit/debit card, net banking, or UPI). Please note that it may take 2 to 5 additional business days for the refund to appear in your bank account, depending on your payment provider
5. Partial Refunds or Deductions
If the item shows signs of use or is not in its original packaging, a partial refund may be issued or the return may not be accepted. If only accessories are missing or packaging is damaged, a portion of the refund may be withheld to cover depreciation or missing parts.
6. Non-Refundable Items
Any product without original packaging, or that shows signs of use beyond what’s necessary to inspect the item, may not qualify for a refund. Items purchased via returns, open-box deals, or third-party resellers may have different terms.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will either send you a replacement at no extra cost, or offer a full refund (including return shipping), depending on your preference and availability.
8. Cancellation Before Shipping

If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us immediately.
If the order hasn’t been dispatched, we will refund the full purchase amount.
If the item has already shipped, please follow the standard return process once you receive it.
